Small red and black colored nymphs are busy feeding on a wide variety of herbaceous plants and a few woody plants (forsythia) at this time. The damage is characterized by the 1/16" circular black spots on leaves. Insecticidal soap and pyrethrins will control the young nymphs. Please check the label before using on a specific plant. |
