Penn State University operates a Plant Disease Clinic to diagnose
suspected disease problems on landscape and garden plants. There is
no charge for this service but we ask that the plants be located in
a garden or landscape in the state of Pennsylvania only. In order
to assure an accurate and timely diagnosis, please observe the following
procedures.

- Contact your local
Cooperative Extension Office to discuss the problem with an extension
agent if you are a commercial horticultural operation.
- If the Extension Agent is unable to diagnose the cause of the
problem, you will be instructed to submit the sample to the Plant
Disease Clinic.
